The purpose of this library is to help the coach in selecting appropriate training components for a particular training session. Having a library has the following advantages:
- No need to reinvent the wheel
- Players become familiar with different drills and exercises (even if the complexity is changed over time)
- Time saving (allows coaches to plan further in advance)
